Description
The Natural Resources Department is seeking bids for portable restroom services for 16 separate sites in Cook, Lake, and St. Louis Counties. The contract term is for 2 years. Bidders must provide labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide, deliver, setup, service, pump, maintain, and remove portable toilets meeting specifications. A Price Schedule in Excel format is attached to the event and must be completed and uploaded by bidders. The lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and terms will be awarded the contract.
• The contract requires bidders to provide all costs, including labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, and use tax.
• Bidders must submit their responses electronically through the Swift Portal, and no email or faxed responses will be accepted.
• The State reserves the right to reject bids that do not comply with the solicitation.
