Budget estimate

$40,000 – $80,000

Based on typical market pricing for portable bike‑and‑pedestrian counting devices (often $5,000‑$12,000 per unit) plus installation, data‑access software, and support, the total contract value is likely in the $40,000‑$80,000 range. The low end assumes $5,000 per unit ($30,000) plus $10,000 for installation, data services, and taxes. The high end assumes $12,000 per unit ($72,000) with additional $8,000 for ancillary costs. Factors influencing the final amount include the specific technology chosen (cellular vs. satellite), warranty length, and any volume discounts.
