The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) is seeking an authorized ASSA‑ABLOY/MEDECO vendor to supply, license, update, and support its existing MEDECO Intelligent Key high‑security lock ecosystem. The contract will cover delivery of lock cores, key fobs, programming devices, industrial‑grade micro‑SD cards, annual server software upgrades, and 24‑hour software issue support.
