Fleet Vehicle Washing and Cleaning Services

The City of Fort Myers is seeking a qualified supplier to provide exterior vehicle washing services and interior cleaning services for City-owned vehicles and equipment. The services are intended to maintain the cleanliness, professional appearance, and operational readiness of the City's fleet. The supplier shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform vehicle washing and cleaning services. • The contract will be for a term of 3 years with 2 optional 1-year renewals. • The City reserves the right to request additional services, including waxing and protective treatments, engine bay cleaning, and odor treatment. • The supplier must demonstrate experience providing vehicle washing and cleaning services for commercial or municipal fleet operations and have adequate staffing and operational capacity to meet the City's service requirements. • The supplier must maintain the minimum qualifications requirements during the term of the contract and any contract renewals.
