Description
The Department of Commerce intends to award a sole source contract to Cloudburst Consulting Group, Inc. to support the implementation of the HOME Investment Partnerships Program - American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Supportive Services program. The contract will begin on or about February 17, 2026, and end August 31, 2026, with a total amount of $39,992. The scope of work includes project launch and management, program design and implementation workshops, policies and procedures review, review of supportive services written agreement, and weekly on-call technical assistance sessions.
• Project launch and management: managing and coordinating all project components, project kick-off, and regular check-in meetings with Commerce staff.
• Program design and implementation workshops: facilitating remote working sessions with Commerce staff to discuss HOME-ARP Supportive Services program design and subrecipient management.
• Policies and procedures review: reviewing Commerce’s draft HOME-ARP Supportive Services policies and procedures and providing recommendations.
• Review of supportive services written agreement: reviewing Commerce’s HOME-ARP Supportive Services written agreement template and providing recommendations.
• Weekly on-call technical assistance sessions: providing technical assistance as needed.
