Design-Build Bid Package for Jackson Fire Department HVAC Replacement Project

The City of Jackson is soliciting sealed bids from qualified HVAC contractors to provide design-build services for the replacement, installation, and startup of HVAC systems at multiple fire stations. The project consists of providing design-build services for the replacement, installation, and startup of HVAC systems at six fire stations in Jackson, MS. The contractor shall assume full responsibility for design and performance of all HVAC systems included in this project. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for system design, equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and final performance. • The project includes the replacement of existing HVAC systems at six fire stations. • The contractor shall provide a complete, fully functional, and code-compliant HVAC solution. • The contractor shall include all work required for a complete and operational system. • The project requires the contractor to obtain all required permits and coordinate all inspections and testing with the Authority Having Jurisdiction. • The project has a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Central Fire Station.
