UAMS Wayfinding Services

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive wayfinding services to enhance campus navigation for patients, visitors, staff, and students. The scope includes design, fabrication, installation, and ongoing maintenance of both physical and digital signage systems, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and integration with existing campus infrastructure. • Develop a master wayfinding plan that aligns with UAMS branding and ADA requirements • Design and produce interior and exterior signage, including directional, informational, and safety signs • Install signage throughout the campus, coordinating with facilities to minimize disruption • Integrate digital wayfinding tools (e.g., interactive kiosks, mobile app support) where applicable • Provide long‑term maintenance, updates, and replacement services for the signage system
