Pre-Cut Terry Towels 20X43-Tabor City Sewing Plant

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking bids for a 3-year Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver Pre-Cut Terry Towels 20 X 43 for the Tabor City Sewing Plant on an "As Needed" basis. The contract will be awarded to the responsive bid offering the lowest price that meets the specifications. The State does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount for this contract. • The towels should be pre-cut to 20 X 43 inches. • The contract will be for a 3-year term. • The State reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities as needed during the term of the contract. • The Vendor shall provide samples of the towels upon request. • The Vendor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection. • The Vendor shall provide a certification of financial condition. • The Vendor shall provide a customer reference template with at least three customer references. • The Vendor shall comply with the State's HUB certification program and provide information on its HUB certification status. • The Vendor shall comply with the State's requirements for an alcohol/drug-free workplace.
