The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide 20 Dell docking stations and 5 Dell UltraSharp 24 monitors. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The equipment must be delivered to the Maryland Department of Information Technology in Crownsville, MD. The contractor must also provide proof of delivery, including packing slip or delivery confirmation, and equipment serial numbers. • The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract BPO # 060B5400007. • The contractor must provide a Mercury Affidavit if applicable. • The contractor must provide a "No Bid" form if they elect not to bid. • The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for award. • The contractor must provide pricing valid for at least 90 days after the due date. • The contractor must provide estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
