The Architect of the Capitol is seeking information from potential sources for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure uniform items for approximately 1700 employees. The uniform requirements include acquisition of uniforms, patches, insignia, outerwear, and related items. Each organization has a Supply Management Officer who coordinates uniforms for their organization, and current policy allows for uniformed employees up to a $400 per fiscal year allotment to purchase uniforms. The AOC requests information from interested contractors, including their interest in submitting a quotation, ability to perform the requirement under their GSA Schedule contract, and examples of past contracts with similar scope of work.
• The BPA will be used to procure uniform items for various organizations within the Architect of the Capitol, including Botanic Garden, Capitol Building, Capitol Grounds and Arboretum, and others.
• The AOC is seeking a contractor who can provide high-quality uniform items and meet the requirements outlined in the Draft SOW, Draft Pricing Sheet, and Draft Instructions to Quoters and Basis for Award.
• Interested contractors must submit an electronic copy of the requested information via email to the Contracting Officer, Roman Davydov, by December 15, 2025, at 7:00 AM EST.
