Event Tents RFP 2025

The Saint Louis Zoo is seeking a contractor to provide three seasonal event tents, including installation, maintenance, and removal services. The contract will be for an initial term of two years, with an option to extend for an additional two years. Key responsibilities include: * Providing three event tents: one 50' x 100' clear span tent, one 20' x 20' frame tent, and one 10' x 15' frame tent * Installing, maintaining, and removing the tents during the operating season (May to October) * Ensuring safe and functional use of the tents throughout the season * Providing labor, tools, equipment, and materials required to perform the work * Responding to service issues and performing necessary adjustments or repairs The selection criteria include scope of work, pricing, previous experience, ability to start and timeline, and references.
