The City of Johnson City, Tennessee is seeking a qualified engineering consulting firm to provide design and NEPA documentation for the widening and realignment of a segment of Knob Creek Road (SR‑06040) between SR‑354 (Boones Creek Rd) and Mizpah Hills Drive. This RFQu is a two‑phase process: a Phase‑I Letter of Interest followed by a Phase‑II detailed qualifications proposal. The award will go to the top‑ranked, TD‑pre‑qualified consultant that can demonstrate experience with TDOT Local Programs, major roadway design, and NEPA studies.
• Scope includes roadway geometry design to state‑route standards, environmental impact analysis, and preparation of NEPA documentation.
• Must be on TDOT’s unlimited pre‑qualification list and provide extensive insurance, drug‑free workplace affidavit, and other certifications.
