Particulate Trap (DPF) Cleaning and Clean Truck Check (HD I/M) Services

The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) cleaning and Clean Truck Check (Heavy-Duty Inspection and Maintenance - HD I/M) services on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor will be responsible for performing DPF cleaning, emissions testing, and related administrative support in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards. The scope of work includes removal and installation of diesel particulate filters, cleaning of DPF units, inspection of filters for damage, and documentation of cleaning results. The vendor must have a minimum of three years of experience providing DPF cleaning and/or emissions testing services for heavy-duty vehicles and demonstrate the ability to perform both DPF and Clean Truck Check services. • DPF cleaning services • Clean Truck Check (HD I/M) services • Emissions testing and reporting • Administrative support • Coordination with City staff to schedule services • Compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards
