District Fuel Bid

The Northwest Community Schools is seeking bids for gasoline and diesel fuel. The school fleet includes 21 diesel buses, 6 pick-up trucks, and 2 vans. Bidders must provide fuel tanks for onsite pumping with access to an automated system and be able to supply Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel. The bid shall be in effect for a minimum period of sixty days. • The school requires a detailed description of billing and statement options, including examples. • The supplier must provide the basis for billing cost with each statement. • Bidders must list additional costs, such as credit card fees or billing fees. • The school reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
