Volusia County is seeking qualified contractors to provide name plates, plaques, and self-inking stamps on an as-needed basis for use by multiple County departments. The resulting agreement will establish standardized pricing, quality, delivery, and branding requirements to ensure timely fulfillment of routine and recognition-related orders across the County. The scope of work includes providing customized name plates, plaques, and self-inking stamps to support daily operations, employee recognition programs, public service acknowledgements, and facility needs. • The contractor must provide products that meet the County's quality and branding standards. • The contractor must deliver products within one week from the date of order. • The contractor must provide references and undergo a evaluation process to ensure they can provide the required services. • The County reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the contractor fails to meet the requirements.
