The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking a comprehensive web-based management solution to provide false alarm tracking, billing, registration, and renewal services for residences and businesses. The solution should be able to integrate with the County's existing systems and provide automated invoices, payment processing, and reporting. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to renew for up to 5 additional years. The County is looking for a solution that can handle a high volume of transactions, including 1,400 annual alarm registrations, 5,400 false alarm calls for service, and 15,400 alarm registrations, renewals, and updates.
