NC Department of Health and Human Services

The NC Department of Health and Human Services is seeking bids for the replacement of the existing analog cameras, DVR's, and cabling with new IP cameras, NVR's, network switches, and cabling for a complete on-premises surveillance and VMS system at the Longleaf NMTC Facility. The project includes demolition of the existing system and installation of new equipment. The bid documents and plans are available through Quality Consulting Engineers. • The project requires a Single Prime contract. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 16th, 2026, at 10:00am. • Bidders must include the Identification of Minority Business Participation form and Affidavit A – Listing of Good Faith Efforts with their bid proposal. • Contractors must have a proper NC General Contractor’s license. • Payment will be made based on ninety-five percent of monthly estimates and final payment upon completion and acceptance of work.
