Description
The Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking a qualified contractor to execute a staff‑lounge and restroom refresh at two elementary schools (Dry Creek and Orchard). The work includes demolition, installation of new flooring, wall finishes, casework, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and minor ceiling repairs, as well as temporary relocation of existing furniture and equipment. All work must comply with California DSA requirements, prevailing‑wage rules, and the district’s safety and insurance standards.
• Scope covers complete interior renovation of staff lounges and associated restrooms at two campuses (approximately 10–12 restrooms per site).
