The District seeks a qualified Owner’s Representative to act as Parkland Health’s authorized agent for the Southeast Dallas Health Center project. The firm will provide strategic oversight, daily on‑site construction representation, budget and schedule management, quality assurance, and coordination among architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies throughout design, construction, and activation phases. This qualification‑only solicitation does not disclose contract value; pricing must be submitted and remain valid for 180 days.
