Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution delivered via a multi-instance Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription model. The contractor will serve as the enterprise System Integrator, responsible for performing enterprise service integration, providing and managing all necessary licensing, conducting operations and sustainment activities, executing modernization initiatives, and maintaining full accountabilities for all assigned tasks and outcomes. The contractor will provide a single, unified product/platform to support an enterprise-wide ERP SaaS/PaaS solution with a subscription model that includes licensing and support.
Some key features of the required solution include:
• Enterprise-wide integration and functionality consistent with leading ERP in the marketplace
• Support for VA mission operations, including Veteran-facing and mission-support services
• Improvement of enterprise service delivery efficiency, reduction of operational disruption, and increase of automation and self-service adoption
• Reduction of duplicative or non-standard enterprise capabilities
• Provision of a secure, scalable, resilient, and continuously supportable enterprise environment
• Compliance with various laws, regulations, and standards, including the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014, FIPS Publication 140-3, and NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5.
