Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to conduct a substation upgrade. The project involves removing and replacing two large 5000KVA utility grade transformers with two 6000 KVA utility grade transformers, as well as removing and replacing 16 smaller medium voltage transformers. The contractor will also provide passive, anti-ram rated bollards and replace transformer pads as required. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and contract drawings.
