Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide nameplates for the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy. The nameplates should be made of rosewood or walnut with engraved silver plates, and should have a size of 12-13 inches in length and 2 inches in height. The supplier must provide a sample nameplate with all measurements, a materials list, and a detailed description of the product. The contract will be awarded based on specifications, product quality, and pricing. The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
• The nameplates should have a desk wedge shape with no business card slot.
• The text should have 2 lines, with the person's name in bold, upper-case font and the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy in a different, fancy font.
• The font size should be 1 inch for the person's name and ¾ inch for the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy.
• The supplier must provide a timeline from purchase order to delivery and per unit pricing including engraving cost.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax, and an exemption letter will be furnished upon request.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation and agree to furnish each item or service offered at the price quoted.
