The Montgomery County Government is seeking a vendor to provide an employee wellness platform and related services. The platform should have web and mobile capabilities, health assessments, single sign-on, lifestyle management and condition support digital health programs, connections with wearable devices, an individualized rewards/incentive program, a web-portal containing health resources, tools, and tracking, and health challenges and gamification. The vendor should have an established wellness presence, user-friendly technology, and reporting capabilities, and demonstrate a commitment to member engagement and participation. • The platform should be accessible to eligible members. • The vendor should be able to provide a program that includes health assessments, lifestyle management, and condition support digital health programs. • The platform should have connections with wearable devices and an individualized rewards/incentive program. • The vendor should be able to provide a web-portal containing health resources, tools, and tracking, and health challenges and gamification.
