GEOTAB VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM AND GPS - BRAND SPECIFIC

The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for a GEOTAB vehicle tracking system and GPS, brand specific. The system should include hardware vehicle GPS hardwired and monthly service for 420 vehicles. The contract period is from 4/1/26 to 3/31/27. Bidders must meet the operating requirements of the using department and provide professional liability insurance. The County reserves the right to cancel the agreement if delivery or services prove unsatisfactory. • The system must be brand specific and not substituted. • The contract period is for 12 months. • The bidder must provide professional liability insurance with limits of not less than $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives.
