Description
The Motor Vehicle Administration is seeking a contractor to upgrade Oracle software, specifically to upgrade four Session Border Controllers to fix a vulnerability. The contractor will be required to provide a financial proposal with price breakdown, a project plan with step-by-step procedures and timeframes, and remote access requirements. The evaluation criteria will include how well the proposal aligns with the State's listed requirements, ability to respond to the bid in the specified timeframe, and ability to perform work during specified business hours.
• The contractor must provide Oracle services to upgrade both pairs of Session Border Controllers.
