Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking a single bidder to provide dry milk packets for the Department of Corrections in Ft. Madison. The contract term will be for one year, with the option for two annual extensions. The bidder must provide non-fat, dry milk that meets specific nutritional requirements and is easily dissolvable. The estimated usage is between 225 and 338 cases per month.
• The dry milk packets must be instantized and easily dissolvable.
• The packets must have a shelf life of at least one year.
• The bidder may be asked to submit a sample for testing.
• The bidder must agree to the terms and conditions, including a 1.00% administrative fee on all sales made against the resulting contract.
