The State of South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce is seeking a single vendor to design, build, deliver, and support a fully‑equipped Mobile One‑Stop Unit that will serve as a traveling employment‑outreach office. The vehicle must be built on a new Freightliner M2‑106 chassis (or equivalent), meet all federal safety and emissions standards, and include a complete suite of interior workstations, HVAC, power, communications, and accessibility features. The contract is a fixed‑price, lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable award with a nine‑month performance period, requiring delivery within 270 days of award, on‑site training, and one‑year post‑delivery support.
• Core deliverable: one (1) turn‑key mobile unit (new chassis, powertrain, HVAC, interior layout, ADA‑compliant features, graphics, and safety systems).
