Description
* The Alabama Department of Mental Health (ADMH) is seeking proposals to provide strategic planning and leadership development services.
* The scope of work includes:
1. Developing a three-year strategic plan to align the organization's mission and vision into actionable steps and plans.
2. Providing leadership development services, including teaching/facilitating a leadership development program, individual coaching, and leadership advisement.
3. Conducting organizational assessments and planning services as designated by the Commissioner.
4. Implementing special project planning and implementation as designated by the Commissioner.
* The vendor should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in project management and development, specifically with state agencies and/or businesses.
* The vendor should have knowledge of communication, conflict, and leadership development concepts and strategies.
* The proposal should include a detailed, line-item annual budget for the project.
* The evaluation criteria for the proposal include:
1. Cover page (5 points)
2. Knowledge, strategy, and execution (40 points)
3. Qualifications, experience, and prior work (40 points)
4. Budget (15 points)
