Description
The City of Waco is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and small project implementation services for water and wastewater facilities. The selected firm will support mission critical operations, improve reliability, and help maintain a consistent standards-based SCADA environment. Key services include on-call support, programming and configuration, network support, and cybersecurity and patch management. The contract is expected to have a maximum duration of 1 year with 4 possible renewals for a 5 year total agreement.
