Description
This IFB seeks qualified firms to provide on‑call, as‑needed title and escrow services for real‑estate transactions located in Lake and Mendocino Counties, California. The contract will be multi‑provider, with no subcontracting permitted, and will run for five years (Nov 2026 – Oct 2031) with a three‑year service‑request window for new orders. Bidders must hold a current Title & Escrow license issued by the California Department of Insurance and must submit unit‑price schedules covering a full range of title searches, title insurance policies, litigation guarantees, escrow administration, and related document handling. The award will be based on the lowest responsive bid that meets all licensing, insurance, and compliance requirements (including small‑business/DVBE incentives).
