Amphi Housing Resource Center Design Build

The City of Tucson is seeking a design-build team to provide design and construction services for the Amphi Housing Resource Center. The project involves the addition of a non-congregate area with a semi-permanent structure that includes restrooms, showers, laundry, storage, and adjacent pet-friendly areas and meal preparation facilities. The structure must be able to be removed from the site if needed and meet the requirements of the Planned Area Development (PAD). The project aims to provide a safe environment and connections to housing assistance and services for individuals experiencing homelessness. Key aspects of the project include: * Design and construction of a semi-permanent structure * Provision of restrooms, showers, laundry, and storage facilities * Meeting PAD requirements * Addressing Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) present on site * Ensuring compliance with federal requirements, including HUD regulations * Coordinating with City departments and stakeholders * Providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals experiencing homelessness
