Port of Portland is seeking a qualified contractor to complete tenant‑improvement work in the International Arrivals Hall of Portland International Airport. The scope includes installing new passport‑control booths, fixed barricades, expanding back‑of‑house offices, interior painting and flooring, re‑configuring baggage‑recheck and bus‑queuing areas, modifying handrails, and adding hardware to exterior doors.
