Description
The Wake County Public School System is seeking a vendor to provide creative and technical services, including video, lighting, scenic design, and engineering, for 22 high school graduation ceremonies. The ceremonies will take place at the Raleigh Convention Center from June 11 to June 16, 2026. The vendor must provide equipment, staffing, and services to support the events, including installation and removal of equipment, production logistics, and technical support.
• The vendor must provide a detailed breakdown of costs for video and lighting equipment, staffing, and services.
• The vendor must have experience in providing similar services for large events.
• The vendor must be able to provide a certified special event professional to serve as the primary contact during the events.
• The vendor must be able to provide a complete list of certified rigging staff who will be involved in the installation and removal of equipment.
