Comprehensive Master Plan Consultant Services

The Town of Charlton is seeking a professional planning consultant to prepare a Comprehensive Master Plan. The plan should be developed with community participation and incorporate the goals of the Master Plan. The consultant will review the Town's existing town plans, studies, documents, zoning bylaw, and subdivision rules and regulations. The scope of work includes preparing a comprehensive master plan pursuant to MGL Ch 41 Sec. 81D. Key considerations for the project include community participation, review of existing plans and documents, and incorporation of the Master Plan's goals. • The consultant should have experience in preparing comprehensive master plans. • The consultant should be familiar with MGL Ch 41 Sec. 81D. • The consultant should be able to work with the Town's Planning Board and other stakeholders. • The consultant should be able to prepare a plan that incorporates the goals of the Master Plan. • The consultant should be able to review and analyze the Town's existing plans, studies, documents, zoning bylaw, and subdivision rules and regulations.
