Permanent Supportive Housing Services

The goal of this RFP is to provide on-going housing related services for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) tenants in Pierce County. The selected provider will be responsible for providing supportive services to help individuals with disabilities or a history of homelessness achieve long-term housing stability. Eligible services include medical and health resources, food and nutrition assistance, employment assistance, connection to mainstream resources, mental health services, and more. The provider will be expected to coordinate services with System Navigation projects, partner with FCS providers, and participate in data collection and outcome assessment through the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). • Eligible applicants are non-profit organizations with an active UBI number and a Federal Tax ID number. • The initial contract period is expected to be 12 months, with the option of renewing contracts for an additional two years. • The estimated value of the resulting contract is $3,212,622 in 1590 funds. • Proposers must submit a proposal that includes an application narrative, budget worksheet, and pre-award risk assessment.
