The Miami University is seeking a vendor to provide airport fuel supply and payment kiosks for self-service fueling. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing products and/or services in accordance with the detailed specifications and requirements. The proposal will be evaluated based on price, terms, delivery, quality, ease of use, and reliability. • The vendor must submit an electronic copy of their response through the electronic sourcing portal. • The vendor must provide a list of exceptions, if any, describing any exceptions or deviations from the standards specified. • The vendor must ensure that all required documentation arrives on time and at the designated location. • The award will be based on the best combination of price, equipment options, delivery time, quality, serviceability, and reliability.
