Description
The US Air Force Academy intends to award a sole source commercial contract to Tescan USA Inc. for the acquisition of calibration, maintenance, and a one-year warranty on a Tescan Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a period of performance of one year, from 23 August 2026 to 22 August 2027. The requirement is for the maintenance and calibration of a specific SEM model, and Tescan USA is the only approved source for this work. Interested parties can submit a capability statement to show that they can provide the required services, but the Government intends to proceed with the sole source action.
