RFP 26-734 Human Resources Management System

The DeKalb County School District is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a Human Resources Management System. The system should include all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide the services. The vendor will be required to perform and fulfill all the undertakings, covenants, terms, conditions, and agreements of the RFP document and any negotiated contract. The vendor will also be required to comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act and provide certification of insurance. Some key features of the RFP include: • The procurement will be on a formally advertised basis • Proposals must be responsive to all aspects of the RFP • The successful offeror will be required to perform and fulfill all the undertakings, covenants, terms, conditions, and agreements of the RFP document and any negotiated contract • The vendor will be required to comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act • The vendor will be required to provide certification of insurance • The contract will be for a term of one year with options for renewal • The contract will be subject to the laws of the State of Georgia
