The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System requires a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract for Volpara’s mammography reporting system (MRS) software, which tracks mammography exams, monitors BIRADS codes, and ensures compliance with FDA, NRPO, and ACR regulations. The existing Volpara solution will be transitioned to Lunit Americas Inc. Four one‑year option periods are contemplated, providing continuous software support and licensing.
