Combined Sources Sought Notice/Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Preventive Maintenance service contract for the Raith EBPG5200 Plus EBL

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing Preventive Maintenance service contract for the Raith EBPG5200 Plus EBL. The contract will cover routine preventive maintenance, emergency services, repair, and calibration for two Raith EBPG 5200 Plus electron beam lithography systems. The vendor shall provide factory-trained personnel to maintain, calibrate, repair, and replace parts as needed. The contract will be for a period of one year with four additional option years. • The vendor shall have at least two qualified engineers on staff at all times available for service response. • Engineers shall be fully trained through Raith in areas which include maintenance, repair, and calibration operations. • Engineers shall have at least three years of experience servicing Raith EBPG 5200 Plus electron beam lithography systems. • The service contract shall cover all integrated system components of the instruments. • The service contract shall cover the control and data preparation workstations. • The service contract shall include all software updates and patches to maintain systems using the latest and most recent software versions.
