Description
The United States Forest Service is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Sam Houston Ranger District on the Sam Houston National Forest in Texas. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the period of performance will be from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The vendor will be required to provide janitorial services for two service building locations: the Sam Houston Ranger District Office and the Sam Houston Fire Shop. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current version of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other applicable laws.
Key requirements include:
• Completion of form SF1449 blocks 30a, b, c
• Completion of the Schedule of Items
• Completion of the Performance Relevancy Questionnaire (Exhibit A)
• An active System for Award Management (SAM) account at the time of award
• Provision of the sam.gov Unique Identity Identifier (UEI) in the response
• Payment will be made via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP)
