Description
The Elk Township School District is seeking a qualified individual or firm to serve as a Specialized English, Mathematics, and Multilingual Learners (MLL) Instructional Coach for the 2026‑2027 school year. The coach will provide district‑wide professional development, coaching, and data‑driven instructional planning for K‑6 teachers across literacy, math, and multilingual instruction, supporting implementation of multiple curricula and assessment systems. The role includes leading workshops, analyzing assessment data, creating individualized learning plans, and assisting with service‑learning, summer programming, and team‑building initiatives.
• Expertise required in ARC literacy program, IRLA, Fountas & Pinnell, DIBELS, OG, i‑Ready Math, MyPath, Renaissance Star Math, WIDA ACCESS, and related assessment tools.
• Responsibilities include coaching teachers, delivering PD sessions, analyzing student data, developing differentiated instructional plans, and supporting district initiatives (service‑learning curriculum, summer program).
• Contract period: July 1 2026 – June 30 2027; proposals due June 4 2026; compliance with NJ ethics, affirmative‑action, anti‑bullying, background‑check, and insurance requirements.
