HPE Extended Warranty CarePack for HPE Servers

The St. Johns County - Purchasing Department is seeking a one-time purchase of HPE Extended Warranty CarePack services for existing HPE server infrastructure. The scope of this solicitation includes the provision of HPE manufacturer-supported CarePack services to extend warranty and support coverage for County-owned HPE servers. The services must be genuine HPE products, with no substitutions permitted, and include applicable technical support, hardware replacement, and firmware and software updates. • The term of the contract is one year. • The services must be new, unused, unregistered, delivered electronically, and include all required HPE warranty and CarePack registration documentation. • The coverage shall begin upon expiration of the existing warranty or support term with no lapse in service.
