NEW HAVEN PARKS LONG-TERM OPERATOR & PARTNERSHIP REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of New Haven is seeking long-term public-private partnerships to manage and operate various park facilities. The selected partner will be responsible for providing innovative programming, maintaining high-quality spaces, and delivering equitable services to all New Haven residents. The partnership may include the use of park facilities for events, operations of a sustainable business, or restoration and management of a park area. The City is looking for partners who can commit to a long-term agreement and demonstrate a clear understanding of the project's objectives and requirements. • The partnership will focus on maximizing the utility of the City's assets and expanding community programming. • The partner will be expected to provide fundraising support for capital maintenance and repairs. • The partner will be required to comply with the City's equal employment opportunity policies and non-collusion affidavit. • The partner will be expected to provide a detailed financial plan and budget. • The partner will be required to adhere to the City's standard contract terms and conditions.
