Description
The Texas Department of Public Safety (TXDPS) is seeking information to enhance its Disaster Recovery planning process. The goal is to create a solution that can successfully access and execute the Disaster Recovery of critical applications housed within the DPS-owned/managed Data Center. The solution should integrate with ticketing systems, contain resources to design and implement industry-supported forms, and have a single license-based model with role-based user accessibility. The TXDPS is looking for a cloud-based solution with fail-over capabilities, single sign-on interface with Active Directory, and AI capabilities. The solution should also be able to generate reports and interface with the ticketing system to create and assign tasks.
• The solution should be designed for cloud implementation with fail-over capabilities to remote locations.
• The solution should integrate with ticketing systems containing Configuration Management Data Base repositories.
• The solution should contain resources to design and implement DPS or industry-supported forms.
• The solution should have a single license-based model with the ability to define user accessibility based on roles and usages.
• The solution should have a single sign-on interface with Active Directory.
• The solution should have segregation of completed forms in the repository by type.
• The solution should have search features to narrow down the items being reviewed.
• The solution should have application documentation with identical ID numbers and sub-categories.
• The solution should have AI capabilities.
• The solution should be able to generate reports to ensure all form types for the applications are on hand.
• The solution should be able to generate reports on missing or not completed application documents.
• The solution should be able to interface with the ticketing system to create and assign tasks for the application owners and support teams.
