Grounds Maintenance Service Contract

The US Army Contracting Command is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services at Tobyhanna Army Depot in Pennsylvania. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with unpriced CLINs. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to perform the work. The work includes mowing, trimming, weeding, mulching, and snow plowing. • The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have no active exclusions. • The contractor must propose their pricing for all the CLINs listed in the SF1449. • The contractor must have a CMMC Level 2 Self certification at the time of award. • The contractor must comply with applicable Federal and State Worker's Compensation and Occupational Disease Statutes.
