Description
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is seeking pre-procurement information on Computerized Criminal History (CCH) and Data Collections Systems via this Request for Information (RFI). The FDLE is looking for a vendor that can provide a robust and scalable secure SaaS solution to modernize the current CCH and Data Collections Systems. The solution should enhance data analysis, reduce duplication of effort, improve the use of automated workflows for data validation and correction, and support the needs of law enforcement partners. The scope of work includes solution capabilities for CCH and Data Collections, non-functional requirements, and security requirements.

• The solution should provide multi-factor authentication and single sign-on.
• The solution should have error queue integration for data correction and provide 24/7/365 access to the system for all users and contributors.
• The solution should have data reporting capabilities and a unified reporting platform.
• The solution should be hosted in a GovCloud or another cloud provider that can comply with the FBI CJIS Security Policy.
• The solution should have customer-facing direct integration and eliminate the need for customers to complete manual intake forms.
• The solution should provide improved cost efficiency and minimize the impact on end-users.
• The solution should establish a data retention policy and provide a mechanism for system performance reporting.
