RFP FHS Metal Roof Sealer

The Washington Parish School Board is seeking a qualified contractor to apply a 100 % silicone sealer to the metal roof of the Franklinton High School gymnasium/band room. The work must be completed by August 3 2026 and the contractor must hold a Louisiana General Contractor license. The bid must include a 5 % bid security (certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond) and a performance bond equal to 50 % of the contract amount. Electronic and paper submissions are accepted; all proposals are to be delivered to the school board’s central office. • Apply a continuous silicone‑based sealant to the existing metal roof surface. • Provide all labor, materials, surface preparation, and cleanup. • Supply required bid and performance bonds, and comply with all state licensing and insurance requirements.
