Preventive Maintenance, Inspection, and Repair Services of Chilled Water Systems

The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking bids for preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair services of chilled water systems and associated equipment. The services must be performed annually and quarterly as identified on the solicitation. The contract will commence upon execution and expire on November 13, 2026, with the option to renew for three one-year periods at TxDOT's sole discretion.
