Description
The Christina School District (Delaware) is seeking qualified providers to deliver district‑wide behavior‑analysis services for students ages 0‑22 with mild‑to‑severe disabilities. The contract calls for a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee Behavior Support Plans, conduct functional assessments, train staff, collect and analyze data, and provide direct classroom support. Additional support staff (Behavior Support Specialists, Behavior Technicians, and optionally Registered Behavior Technicians) are required to assist with data collection and plan implementation. The award will be a three‑year base period beginning July 1 2026, with two optional one‑year renewals and a short‑term month‑to‑month extension option. Pricing is submitted as fixed hourly “all‑inclusive” rates for each labor category and must remain unchanged through June 30 2027. The District may award multiple vendors and may make partial awards.
